This Month's Books!

Here are some of Buddy’s favorite books.

"Chrysanthemum"
Buddy says read the book Chrysanthemum by Kevin Henkes. Chrysanthemum loved her name. She thought it was perfect! But when she started school and someone hurt her feelings, a wonderful teacher helped her to love her name all over again. Don't forget.........read with a Buddy!

Buddy says read the book Arthur's Teacher Trouble by Marc Brown. When Arthur finds out that his new teacher, Mr. Ratburn, gives homework on the first day of school, he's sure school will be no fun at all. And then comes the Spellathon competition. Buddy says read the book The Kissing Hand by Audrey Penn. Chester the raccoon wasn't so sure he wanted to go to school.
