Gavins Point Operations Manager Dave Becker talks about the increase in flow at the dam.
And, Vermillion Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Steve Howe talks about the initiative to create an economic boost for the Vermillion area. The commerce is encouraging to spend 25 dollars in Vermillion on June 25th to help stimulate the local economy.
