This week a tribal judge determined that Native American Energy Group, a non-Indian company, was trespassing by remaining on the Pine Ridge Reservation. N-A-E-G had been doing business there for almost all of 2007, trying to get approval to explore and mine uranium. But the tribe’s investigations into the company caused them concern.
