Chris Nelson, a historical preservation specialist with the South Dakota State Historical Society, discussed the five South Dakota properties which have been added to the National Register of Historic Places. They include the Pringle House in Pierre, the Chapel in the Hills in Rapid City, the Golden Summit Mine Foreman's Cabin in Hill City, the Pearson Cabin near Deadwood and the House of Gurney Historic District in Yankton.
