What's the compatibility of modern faith and modern physics? Is evolution in conflict with Catholicism? Does the universe have a beginning? The second annual Aquinas Lecture welcomes Stephen Barr. He's a professor of physics and astronomy at the University of Delaware. His lecture is called "Science, Religion, and the Myth of Conflict."
The program is a partnership between Mount Marty College, the Catholic Diocese of Sioux Falls and the Classics Institute at Dakota State University.
The Aquinas Lecture is scheduled for March 3rd at 7 p.m. at the Cathedral of St. Joseph Parish Hall in Sioux Falls.
