On the 60th anniversary of the desegregation of Little Rock Central High School, Treopia Washington addressed a group of educators in South Dakota. In 1957, she was Treopia Green, one of three siblings living in the midst of the turmoil and violence of desegregated schooling. As Black History Month begins today, a new film called the "Green Siblings Project" is being released.
