This interview is from SDPB's daily public-affairs show, In the Moment, hosted by Lori Walsh.

Sicard Hollow is a four-piece bluegrass band formed in Nashville, Tennessee.

They describe their sound as mix between New Grass Revival and the Grateful Dead. They're on tour now and will be playing at the Matthew's Opera House on April 16.

We catch up with singer, songwriter, and guitarist Alex King as the band travels through the mountains of Colorado. King takes a break from his tour to speak with Lori Walsh on In the Moment.

King tells Walsh that Sicard Hollow was drawn into the bluegrass genera even though the band members have an electric background.

You can learn more about Sicard Hollow's upcoming show at the Matthew's Opera House here.
