Moment in Sound: Eliza Blue

Eliza Blue is a frequent guest on South Dakota Public Broadcasting for Moments in Sound. She's the voice behind the postcards from the prairie audio series which documents life on the ranch.

Most recently, Blue has taken her music to television with the Midwest Emmy-nominated concert series "Wish you Were Here with Eliza Blue," currently in its second season on SDPB.

This weekend, you can see Blue live in concert at the Levitt Shell in Sioux Falls. She joins Lee Strubinger from SDPB's Kirby Family Studio in Sioux Falls to share her music, and storytelling, and to talk about her ongoing project "Thirty days and thirty stories."

Eliza Blue plays at the Sioux Falls Levitt Shell on Saturday, August 27. The music starts at 7 p.m.
