The South Dakota State Historical Society is now accepting applications for the Deadwood Fund grant program.
Funds come from Deadwood gaming revenue. The program hopes to encourage individuals and organizations to rehabilitate and restore historic properties.
The society is accepting applications postmarked before Oct. 1. Work on properties cannot begin until Jan. 1, 2025.
