The Augustana School of Music announces the date of their 87th annual Christmas Vespers Concert.
The Christmas Vespers feature Augustana’s Choirs, percussion ensemble and the Augustana Brass Choir.
“Vespers is more than a concert; it is an expression of our values and musical legacy, providing both our students and audience with a moment to pause, reflect and prepare their hearts for the holiday season,” said Dr. Peter Folliard, dean of the Augustana School of Music.
In-person performances are at the Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Sioux Falls on Dec. 6 at 7:30 p.m. and Dec. 7 at 4:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Additionally, those not able to attend in person can view the performance via livestream on Augustana’s YouTube Channel on Dec. 7 at 7:30 p.m. Central.
Holiday cookies and hot cocoa are available at the in-person performances.
