Black Hills Community Theatre is excited to bring theatre out into the community beginning this summer. BHCT Summer Stage will be performing at outdoor locations throughout Rapid City between May 31st and June 9th, plus the Renaissance Faire in Lead, June 15& 16. For their inaugural foray, BHCT will be performing William Shakespeare’s sparkling romantic comedy Love’s Labour’s Lost. When the King of Navarre and his three devoted friends swear off love for a year, fate brings four funny, smart women to their court. This fast and fun adaptation includes memorable characters, mistaken letters, and masked strangers. But you will have to come see it for yourself to see if it has a happy ending! Summer Stage performances are perfect for the whole family and are free to the public. Along with the show itself, bring the family, chairs or blankets and a picnic to enjoy theatre games for kids, a pre-show, and more info about BHCT.
