The 2025 Easter Cantata Choir brings the gift of music to our community in its presentation of Blessed – A Holy Week Journey Through the Beatitudes. The Easter Cantata performances are at 7:00 p.m. on Palm Sunday, April 13 and Tuesday, April 15 at Grace Lutheran Church, 1061 Sherman Street, in Sturgis. There is no charge for the concert, but a free-will offering will be accepted to help cover music costs.

Blessed explores Holy Week through the words of the Beatitudes. Through the beautiful music and lyrics of Pamela Stewart and Joe Raney, we see how Christ not only shared the Beatitudes in his Sermon on the Mount but lived out those words as He became one of us. The musical message varies from other cantatas, but the listener will be drawn into each scene in a very personal way.
