Twenty five year old author and professional illustrator Hope Christofferson explores the joy and creative power of nature in her second published book, Loreland. The illustrated book details the enigmatic lives of the world’s most fantastical creatures. Dragons, giants, werewolves, mermaids, and many more fabled species wander about this book’s enchanted pages.

Christofferson spent her childhood attending homeschool in the Black Hills of SD and learned about the magic inherent within the forest. Now she travels the world searching for a sense of isolation to write into her stories. Her adventures thus far have culminated in a modern medieval bestiary filled with vibrantly detailed watercolors depicting fantastical creatures. Each illustration is accompanied by the story behind the magical creature and its respective culture. Christofferson’s stories are a gateway from the imaginary to reality. There will be a limited number of signed books and prints available at the event, so hurry in!
