Join Clarissa Mae Yoga at The Yoga Studio for a Yin Yoga class and Sound Shower.

During this class you will absorb and integrate the healing power of movement, vibration and sound. We will connect with our bodies by incorporating Yin Yoga poses into this experience. Creating physical space in the body allows for deeper receptivity and openness.

Following the movement you will be treated to a Sound Shower using crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and other instruments to realign your body and soul's frequency.

This class will help you change your personal vibration to attract the energy and opportunities you wish to attract through a recalibration and surrender.
