Two state inmates were placed on escape status after leaving the Rapid City Minimum Center.
The South Dakota Department of Corrections said Adam Poor Bear and Ryan Shot With Arrow left the center without permission Wednesday. That's a felony punishable by up to five additional years in prison.
The department asks anybody with information on either offender to contact law enforcement immediately.
