The South Dakota Department of Education is opening a grant opportunity for schools and other child-centered organizations.
The 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant is for out of school time programs in low-performing and high-poverty schools.
Grant dollars go towards funding after school and summer programs.
Interested organizations must submit a Notice of Intent to Apply by Jan. 16.
