The U.S. Department of Agriculture is capitalizing on winter months by offering in-person and virtual livestock risk management workshops.
Titled the "Livestock Roadshow,” the USDA’s Risk Management Agency is travelling the United States highlighting policy changes in the agricultural industry.
The roadshow offers workshops, showcases new and expanded risk management products, and presents revenue protection advice.
National workshops are offered virtually and include dairy revenue protection, livestock gross margin, risk protection, pasture, rangeland and forage.
USDA’s Livestock Roadshow will be offering an in-person session on Jan. 17 in Fort Pierre.
