The Childrens Home Society of South Dakota has named interim COO Deanna Larson to the role permanently.
During the interim period, she was highlighted as making progress in after hours, weekend and on-call pay differentials for employees.
Entering the full-time role, she says she sees opportunities to make the organization more responsive and effective.
Larson was previously named woman of the year by the American Telemedicine Association.
