Softball - SDPB State Championship Coverage

The 2025 SDHSAA state softball tournaments will take place in Sioux Falls and Aberdeen this week on Thursday through Saturday, June 5-7.

This past weekend brought state championship competitions for both softball and golf. SDPB's Nate Wek was there, and shares some highlights from the playing fields.

The Patriots defeated Harrisburg 7-1 on Saturday in the ‘AA’ state championship game. It’s back-to-back state sanctioned championships, and their third straight, if you include high school club.
