On Tuesday, the 100th anniversary of the Cathedral of St. Joseph, the elite vocal ensemble known as Transept presents "Cathedral Masterpieces" at the Cathedral in Sioux Falls beginning at 7:30 p.m.
Transpet offers a stunning program of vocal music that celebrates the Cathedral's history and architecture as vocalists have come from around the country to join some of Sioux Falls' very best musicians.
Transept is under the direction of the group's founder Tim Campbell, Assistant Professor of Music at the Univerisity of South Dakota. Cathedral Music Director Jared Osterman also joins to discuss music over the past 100 years at Sioux Falls' iconic structure.
