Marc Broussard’s next album is “S.O.S. 4: Blues For Your Soul."
Broussard’s charitable work centers around serving underprivileged youth and his partnership with Guitars Over Guns. The focus is on his renditions of soul and blues classics by Little Milton, Bobby "Blue" Bland, B.B. King, Howlin' Wolf and Al Green.
The Exploding Hearts' "Guitar Romantic" is the one and only album from the band, which was formed in Portland, Oregon, in 2001.
They started playing shows outside of the Pacific Northwest but crashed their tour van. Three of the four members were killed.
Their song "Modern Kicks" rated as one of best songs of the decade and the album deemed the 60th best album of the decade. The album is being expanded and remastered with a new version out this year.
