This weekend, the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra will share patriotic music and the personal stories of South Dakota veterans.
Darrel Fickbohm is the narrator and storyteller for the evening. Thomas Fortner is assistant conductor of the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra and one of the concert's conductors.
They join In the Moment to talk about how music can tell a story and the power in sharing personal stories.
The Celebrate America concert is Saturday, Nov. 18 at the Washington Pavilion in Sioux Falls at 7:30 p.m.
