Mount Marty College's Benedictine Institute of Leadership, Ethics and Social Justice is hosting a September 12 visit to its Yankton campus by Sister Simone Campbell, the Executive Director of NETWORK, a National Catholic Social Justice Lobby. Sister Campbell is presenting the lecture "Health Care and the Poor" in Marian Auditorium Thursday evening beginning at 7:30. A religious leader, attorney and poet with extensive experience in public policy and advocacy for systemic change, she is widely known for her lobby efforts on issues of peace-building, immigration reform, healthcare and economic justice.
