In Rapid City local leaders gathered this week to hear biannual addresses on the state of local governments.
The recovery effort following the blizzard that struck the area last month took up a big part of the discussion.
SDPB’s Charles Michael Ray attended the address and found that federal disaster funding requested by Governor Dennis Daugaard is critical for local governments struggling with some major expenses.
