Bill Challenges House And Senate To Stop Closed Meetings

The State Legislature has enacted laws directing that city, county, and state meetings are open to the public and the news media, with some exceptions. Now a bill challenges the state legislature to apply those same standards to its own House and Senate when a simple majority of those members gather outside its chambers.
