SD Kids Count Director Appointed to National Committee

Kids Count is a national organization that monitors and advocates childrens issues. The Project Director of SD Kids Count, Carole Cochran, was recently appointed to a national Kids Count Steering committee. She joined the program to discuss her appointment, the various issues addressed by Kids Count, and the importance of basing policy decisions on data numbers.
