People in the southeast South Dakota town of Delmont are sifting through the rubble after a tornado struck the small town of about 250 two days ago. Mayor Mae Gunnare says the tornado severely damaged or destroyed 44 houses and damaged 12 others. There were no fatalities. Electricity has been restored to a majority of Delmont and water has been restored to the entire town. SDPB’s Kealey Bultena joined Dakota Midday for a live update on clean-up efforts.
