Nick Sconce is a fiction writer who, in his Hatchet Women series, explores the dark side of corporations - and four women taking down corrupt insurance agencies. Sconce's background is in fraud investigation. He joined Doug Hamilton on Prairie Public's Main Street this week to discuss waste, fraud and abuse in the health insurance industry, and he suggests some ways to help address the crisis in the cost of healthcare coverage.
