Heather Wilson is Secretary of the U.S. Air Force. She's also former president of the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. She returns to the Black Hills to present a lecture on "Computers and War" as she addresses how technology has changed the rules of engagement.
The talk is part of a Dakota State University Classics Institute lecture series "The Consequences of Computers" supported by Dakota State, the South Dakota Humanities Council, and private donors. The event is at the Journey Museum in Rapid City, Monday, June 25 at 7 p.m. MDT.
