A new study from the Black Hills Knowledge Network shows high demand for affordable housing in the Rapid City Area. The study also shows that while the average income in the state and country went up from 2010 to 2016, in Rapid City it went down.

For a look at these questions and more we're joined by the study's project director Jared McEntaffer, regional economist with Black Hills Knowledge Network, and Liz Hamburg, Executive Director with the Black Hills Area Community Foundation.
