A powerful storm that hit Sioux Falls leaves many buildings damaged and destroyed, but appears to have resulted in zero deaths or serious injuries.

Todd Heitkamp, Meteorologist in Charge with National Weather Service Sioux Falls, calls the storm a "nightmarish situation,” and Avera Heart Health Hospital CEO Mick Gibbs says it’s, “the worst tornado I’ve seen.”
