On Tuesday, the U.S. Department of Agriculture announced details of direct assistance to farmers and ranchers through the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program. The CFAP will provide up to 16-billion dollars in direct payments to deliver relief to America's farmers and ranchers impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.
