Over the last few days, peaceful protests, clashes with police, and civil unrest around the country.
Several Sioux Falls businesses were looted Sunday night, hours after a peaceful protest during the daylight hours ended. Yesterday, Rapid City business owners and members of the public took steps to protect their shops, some standing guard with guns and baseball bats.
First, we hear from Vince Lubben, co-owner at Wireless World, one of the businesses that were vandalized in Sioux Falls. Then, Chris Johnson, president of Presidential Pawn and the Clock Shop in downtown Rapid City. His store was in the center of all the foot traffic during yesterday's protest and he and his staff were ready.
