Watertown native Lynn Hart enjoyed a career as a rodeo bullfighter. He was instrumental in getting South Dakota to notice Martin Luther King Day and getting Columbus Day changed to Native American Day. And, he set the record for the most consecutively swallowed goldfish - twice. Last month, Hart, who now lives in Flandreau, was inducted into the National Multicultural Western Heritage Museum.
