This interview is from SDPB's daily public-affairs show, In the Moment, hosted by Lori Walsh.

For Chuck Parkinson, the January 6, 2021, attacks on the U.S. Capitol were personal. Not only had he worked in the building for decades, but his son and daughter-in-law were unable to vacate the city that day due to bridge closures.

We talk with the host of SDPB's "Where Do We Go From Here?" about the ongoing investigations, the challenges of public service after the attacks, and what kind of leadership he believes needs to come from members of Congress.
