A teacher, a coach and an administrator. He's a Nebraska native,
he coached and taught in Vermilion for 17 years before he become the Assistant Executive Director at the South Dakota High School Activities Association. He was with the Association for 17 years and saw a lot of changes during his tenure. He's Bob Lowery.
