The new documentary "Chasing Tables" follows Jordan Taylor, co-owner of Bread & Circus, En Place Catering, Pizza Cheeks and Perch. The story explores why Taylor became a chef and how he changed the food scene in his hometown.
He and Justin Bergh, the documentary's producer, join "In the Moment" to preview the film.
They dig into the creativity necessary to practice the art of preparing a good meal.
SDPB will host free screening events of "Chasing Tables" in Sioux Falls and Spearfish. Tickets are required as seating is limited.
