The investigation file into the fatal car crash involving Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg is now public. It completes a promise to the public that the file would get released.

Governor Kristi Noem has vetoed a bill that would have automatically removed a one-time marijuana offense from a person’s criminal record after five years.
