Another school threat disrupted learning in a South Dakota school this week. According to school officials, the Oglala Sioux Tribe Department of Public Safety was called to Little Wound School in Kyle Wednesdayz, after threatening graffiti was found in the girls' bathroom.

The Black Hills is experiencing dryness levels unlike anything it's seen in a decade. Now fire and forest officials have one message—take the warnings seriously.

The state Department of Health is appealing a case against a medicinal marijuana company to the state Supreme Court. Arguing in Vermillion, the case questions the entire basis of having an initial court date in cases involving medical cannabis licenses.
