A legislative leadership committee is green-lighting two subpoenas for Department of Revenue leaders related to recent vehicle titling scandals. The move comes after lawmakers feel they got inadequate answers from a department secretary last week.

South Dakota voters will decide whether to allow state lawmakers to require Medicaid recipients work in order to achieve healthcare benefits. Last election, voters approved expanding Medicaid benefits for individuals by 56 percent.
