The Black Hills Defense and Industry Symposium is taking place in Rapid City this week, bringing major military and manufacturers to the area to discuss major developments. Such developments include the stealth bomber of tomorrow, which will be housed at Ellsworth.
Several people connected to a Sioux Falls business are facing charges for allegedly harboring illegal workers. The scheme centers around a restaurant called Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet.
The City of Sioux Falls is making some changes to downtown public parking. The city is also implementing an extended vehicle ordinance to create a larger drive lane on Phillips Avenue.
Runoff on the Missouri River Basin remains below average. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers expects the system to remain down for the rest of 2025.
