Human Rights Watch Report Cites Corruption At Lower Brule

An international watchdog group says they've uncovered evidence showing widespread corruption in the Lower Brule Sioux Tribe.   
 
The new report released Monday is titled "Secret and Unaccountable-- Tribal Council at Lower Brule and its Impact on Human Rights"  
 
The group Human Rights Watch cites documents uncovered that show millions in federal funds that disappeared.

UPDATE: The Lower Brule Sioux Tribe issued a press release responding to the Human Rights Watch report.  Tribal officials call the report biased and inaccurate.
