Noem to sign executive order during NRA speech

Gov. Kristi Noem will sign an executive order on gun rights while speaking at the National Rifle Association’s annual leadership forum.

Noem did not give details on the order. A press release from her office only said it will “protect the 2^nd Amendment rights of South Dakotans.”

The governor is one of several prominent Republicans speaking at the Indianapolis event, including former president Donald Trump and Florida Gov. Ron Desantis.
