The 2024 South Dakota High School Rodeo championship wrapped up, and all the winner saddles have been handed out. SDPB's Nate Wek shares some of the highlights.

Tava Sexton of Whitewood had an eventful week at the state finals rodeo in Ft. Pierre. Not only was she named the Queen for 2024, but she also qualified for nationals in girl’s cutting.

Craig Mattick’s guest is a former Roosevelt Rough Rider who won state titles in basketball and volleyball, was South Dakota’s Gatorade Volleyball Player of the Year, and became one of the first from the state to play Big Ten volleyball.
