Once a year, the Sanford Underground Research Facility (SURF) offers a free festival celebrating science and innovation. Neutrino Day is an all-day event on Saturday, July 8.
Mike Headley is the executive director of the South Dakota Science and Technology Authority and SURF's laboratory director. He leads development and operation of the underground science lab.
Constance Walker is SURF's communications director and organizes Neutrino Day.
