ELCA Bishop Megan Rohrer is the first openly transgender bishop in a U.S. denomination. Bishop Rohrer visited Sioux Falls and Augustana University (their alma mater) this week. We talk with the bishop about their installation and what it means for Lutheranism and for transgender people across the world.
