Worldwide, COVID-19 has claimed more than 5.5 million lives. Last week, 5.4 million new infections were reported in the U.S. alone. In South Dakota, more than 33,000 of us are still infected. That number is probably low, since many people who test positive at home never report their findings to the state Department of Health. Chad Thury, DO, with Avera Health joins us with a COVID-19 update.
