On today's show …

South Dakotans twice rejected near-total bans on abortion brought by the state legislature. However, a 2005 trigger law immediately halted most abortions in the state following a recent US Supreme Court decision overturning Roe V. Wade.

We talk with Rapid City obstetrician and gynecologist Marvin Buehner, who has spent the last 30 years in women’s healthcare. He discusses the politics of abortion and uncertainty in women’s healthcare under the current state law.

We also continue our Meet the Candidate series. We interview Kameron Nelson who is running to represent District 10

And we look to the sky at the Fall River Balloon Festival. Balloonmeister and seasoned pilot Tamie Shrum talks about the ups and downs of lighter-than-air travel and previews this weekend's festivities in Hot Springs.
