Early voting is underway in South Dakota. Election Day is next Tuesday. Voters will decide on Constitutional Amendment D. It's a measure to expand Medicaid in South Dakota. The amendment would allow adults ages 18 to 65 with income below 133 percent of the poverty level to be covered by Medicaid. Jackie Hendry has the story.
