2024 SDHSAA State Basketball Award Recipients

The high school basketball tournaments were memorable this year. On the girls side, O'Gorman completed the perfect season, Vermillion won their first state title since 2007, and Centerville hoisted the championship trophy for the first time.

On the boys side, Mitchell won in AA for the first time in 19-years, Hamlin celebrated for the first time since 1983, and Howard won the title for the first time in six decades.

But awards like the Spirit of Su and Spirit of Six are staples of the state basketball tournaments in South Dakota each year. Here are all of this year's Spirit of Su and Spirit of Six winners, along with the all-tournament teams from each class.
